أحمد، شفت إن جهازك WS-RYD-06 المعالج فيه عليه ضغط عالي والذاكرة منخفضة، وهذا ممكن يكون سبب بطء النت. جرب تسكر أي برامج ثقيلة زي Chrome لو فاتح فيه صفحات كتير، أو ملفات Excel كبيرة، وبعدها سوي ريستارت لجهازك. قول لي رجع تشتغل ولا لا.
